Situated amidst natural woods, on a hillside (nearly 400m. above s.l.), looking over a stunning view of the valley below.Just 10 kms. north of Arezzo, and yet in the heart of an unspoiled nature, allowing one to feel away from civilization. The most famous part of Tuscany is the "golden triangle" of florence (firenze), siena and arezzo among them "chianti".

Accomodation

Pianelli is a very beautiful and antique stone farmhouse, built during the end of the 18th century. The ceiling has a traditional huge wood beams with terracotta panels, the same as on the floor. No efforts or money has been saved in the restoration of the house, to provide modern facilities, including central heating, and yet to keep its ancient gracious character.

The house is comprised of two floors; The two partners who own the house, Haim and Gabi, live on the ground floor and the first (upper) floor is the one on rent.

The flat for rent has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom in the flat and another one at the entrance of the ground floor (exclusively for the guests), and a spacious living room with a large typical fireplace. Some of the high quality furnishings are antique and others are new, including a T.V. in each room. There is an elevated swimming pool, 4m x 8m, for a nice relax after a nice trip.

The house is surrounded with 36,000 sq.mts. of private land, which is composed of vast lawn, empty spaces and natural wood. The entire area is surrounded by natural woods, that provide a perfect privacy and an excellent possibility for a walk. The woods are full of wild animals: deers, wild bores, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and a very large variety of birds.
